Mr. Narinder Manav was a renowned Punjabi writer and poet, born on April 23rd, 1953 in Dhuri Tehsil in Sangrur District of Punjab State, India. He was the son of Mohinder Singh, a renowned poet himself, and grew up surrounded by literature and art.
